We appreciated this place. the triple room was silent. the food was LOCAL with a wide range of options. the location was marvellous and fantastic - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go.

the triple room we stayed in were modern. the room had excellent air-conditioning and bedstands plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Such a nice place, it is just more than a hotel.. Is feels a bit like your own place.

No breakfast.. But no problem since the Italians just have a cappuccino in the morning..

The friendly staff makes this place convenient as it is located right at Termini Train station, allowing easy access to most attractions.

Location was great, staff very helpful and the room space was amazing :)

The most I liked was the decoration of the rooms! One major positive of the hotel is the computer in the room with free internet access!!

I didint like the building of the hotel but the room it was really nice. I didnt lie that I had to share the kitchen and that the outside door of the flat wasnt locked.

The triple room with the four poster bed and a computer with free internet was great. Having an electric kettle and a fridge in the room was convenient. the location of the property is fantastic, with an easy walk to a train station.

My room included a kettle, free Wi-Fi, and a pretty good coffee. The bed was lovely and I had an own bathroom...

The place is clean with very friendly staff, the location is fantastic being very close to the termini station, surrounded by restaurants and cafes in a vibrant area.

Nice little place, private parking, kind staff. Location - brilliant, not far from the termini station, Roma Termini, bus interchange and airport shuttle bus as well as sight-seeing bus pick-up/ drop-off points and Centre, trains & coaches networks & loads of restaurants & bars. Also, to the cafe next door...

There is a laptop and free internet on every room. That was extraordinary and perfect. Also hotel staff was very friendly. Location is very good.

There was no slippers. And we could not find the hotel even we have walked in front of hotel couple times. They should use bigger sign or nameplant.

The staff here are really friendly and nice, always ready to help. the best part is having a great cafe right next door 🙌. the rooms are spacious and overlook a charming courtyard, and the services provided are top-notch.

Close to train station Daniel was most helpfull and friendly beds very comfortable best value for money

the room was very nice and clean also the staff was very helpful and nice.if we want to go back to rome we'll stay there for sure.
